Evaluation Writing Guide
NavyBMR.com Evaluation Writing Guide
We here at NavyBMR.com believe in doing everything in our power to help Advance Your Career. We believe that it is our duty to give back to the community that has given us so much success over the years. In February of 2017 we made a strategic acquisition of NorthStar Study Guides and acquired all of their copyrights including their evaluation writing guide. We completely reformatted it, put it in digital format, and made a few modifications to it and now it is our gift to you! Please share this with everyone you can because we believe every single Sailor should have this when they are trying to put together their evaluations.
We believe our Evaluation Writing Guide will give all Navy personnel a decided advantage over non-users in writing an effective narrative. It can be used by all Officers, Chiefs and Petty Officers who are serious about getting a “jump” on the competition! Don’t ever pay for sites charging you for help with your evaluations when you can get our guide for free.
It’s an unfortunate fact of Navy life that no matter how hard you work or how many hours you put in, all your efforts will have been wasted if they aren’t documented in your annual evaluation. That annual evaluation is the single biggest factor in whether you get promoted or not and affects your chances for promotion, assignment options, training opportunities, and your entire future in the Navy. It’s important that you take the time to find out what you need to do in order to meet and exceed standards and then make sure those achievements get recorded in your evaluation, don’t ever rely on someone else with your future.
Here is what our evaluation writing guide consists of.
