Why was my account canceled? I didn't cancel it.

Per our Terms of Service your account may be canceled due to over 3 months of inactivity.

Terms of Service

Terms state “We have the right to cancel and delete any account that has not been accessed for at least 3 months for security and maintenance purposes. If this occurs the customer will be entitled to a refund but they must re-subscribe to regain access.”

Your account may have also been canceled due to payment failures for the recurring subscription.

Account could have been canceled for sharing out account information which is also against our ToS.

If none of these apply please e-mail us and we will let you know why it was canceled.

How do I reset my password / Why havent I received my login information after I subscribed?

Your username is going to be your first name last name with a 279 at the end of it. For example John Doe would be

johndoe279

Then your email address that you signed up with.

If you have not received your login information after 24 hours:

More than likely it went into your SPAM folder, so check there first. If you dont see it email us at navybmrtechsupport@gmail.com

Why cant I print out the quizzes ?

We have disabled the ability to print out the quizzes for security reasons. If you want a printed version of the quizzes you would have to purchase a study guide which would have all the information you need to study for your upcoming exam.

How do I cancel my account?

How do I cancel a recurring payment, subscription, or automatic billing agreement I have with a merchant?

Here’s how:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Profile near the top of the page.
Click My money.
Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.
Please note that after canceling a payment, subscription, or automatic billing agreement, you are still required to pay the merchant for the goods or services you received.

Why did I get charged again a month after I subscribed?

When you subscribed you signed up for a subscription which is automatically renewed every month for an additional $20. The reason we do this is because your grades are tracked and if we just deleted your account and erased all of your information we would have some very upset customers. So we give you the option of canceling at any time. See the FAQ’s for how to cancel your recurring payment. When you do cancel your recurring payment your account will be deleted one month from the last payment.

When are you adding new material / When will you update outdated instructions?

We are adding new questions and material daily. It may not seem like we are doing it very fast but trust us when we say it is a lot of material. Just keep looking out for new quizzes and study guides. If you see any instructions that are outdated or supersceded please email us at navybmrtechsupport@gmail.com and we will to the best of our ability update ASAP.

Why is there no mock exam for my rate?

You may not see a mock exam for your rating because we do not have enough questions to build one for you yet as we structure it just like the real advancement exams. Please be patient as we are working on it.

Who do I contact If I have a problem or complaint?

Can I change my shipping address after I order the study guides?

Please ensure you put the correct address on your study guide order when you checkout through PayPal because this is the address we will ship it to. Once the study guide has shipped we can not send you another guide until we receive the first book back. If you do notice a mistake, immediately email us at navybmrtechsupport@gmail.com and we will change it if we have not shipped it out yet. Generally we ship out within 12-24 hours after your order has been placed but it may be sooner.

Under United States copyright law, NavyBMR.com LLC’s copyrights have been in effect since the date that NavyBMR.com LLC was created. All copyrightable aspects of NavyBMR.com LLC are copyrighted under United States copyright law.

Any actions of copyright infringement is in violation of United States copyright laws. Under 17 U.S.C. 504, the consequences of copyright infringement include statutory damages of between $750 and $30,000 per work, at the discretion of the court, and damages of up to $150,000 per work for willful infringement.

Our team has worked very hard to create this material for you to study and advance, it is not fair for anyone to steal our work and pass it off as their own. Study Guide return policy

All study guide sales are final and are not eligible for a refund. This is due to the possibility that they can be copied or used and then returned. If you order the wrong study guide and notice your error please e-mail us as soon as possible and we can modify your order before we ship.

Where are the quizzes for my rating? I don't see them next to the references.

What you see is what you get. We do not try to hide any of our quizzes that we have created. If we have quizzes created for references they will have links to them next to the reference and will look like the following.

This does not mean that we will never have quizzes created for the reference, it just means that we have not created them yet. Keep checking back though as we are adding new quizzes daily.

I purchased a study guide. Do I still need to subscribe in order to access the online quizzes?

Yes. You still need to go to navybmr.com/subscribe.html to subscribe in order to access the online quizzes.

When will the study guides come out for the March, September, or January exams?

Typically the bibs are released for the March exams in October and we have all the study guides completed by mid November. The bibs for the September exam are released around early April and we have the study guides completed by the end of May. The bibs are usually released in July and we have everything finished around mid August.

My digital study guide download link expired. How do I access my study guide?

Your access to the digital study guide you purchased never expires. The only thing that expired was your download link which we do for security purposes. If your link expired just e-mail us at navybmrtechsupport@gmail.com and we will send you another copy.
